Pre-Ballet is designed to fully transition the student from creative dance forms to a classical ballet class.
As students advance from Fundamentals of Dance, new exciting opportunities and standards await them. Ballet terminology, class structure, and introductory steps will be introduced in this course. Pre-Ballet emphasizes creative expression through movement to music. Ballet shoes are required for this level. Classes meet once a week for an hour and a half.
Levels are age-based* with the cut off 8/31/25.
Pre-Ballet A (6 year olds)
Pre-Ballet B (7 year olds)
*It is still at the School Director and Artistic Staff’s discretion to adjust a students placement should it be necessary and appropriate.
