There’s no single way to love Kansas City Ballet — and there’s no single way to support it. We have two primary groups, each offering something distinct.
If you’re drawn to making a meaningful philanthropic contribution and want an insider’s relationship with the artists and people of Kansas City Ballet, The Bolender Society is your home. Members give $200 monthly or $2,500 or more annually and enjoy exclusive access, intimate gatherings, and the knowledge that their support is central to everything we do on stage.
If you’re looking for a community of passionate, active people who volunteer together, attend events together, and genuinely enjoy each other’s company — the Kansas City Ballet Guild is where you belong. With membership starting at just $65, it’s one of the most accessible and rewarding ways to be part of KC Ballet life year-round.

The Bolender Society
Named for the beloved Todd Bolender, who transformed Kansas City Ballet with his artistry and vision, The Bolender Society is a group of enthusiastic Kansas City Ballet supporters who make a monthly gift of $200 or an annual gift of $2,500 or more.
KCB Guild
Guild members receive a unique opportunity to support the ballet through the Ballet Ball, Gift Boutique, and social events while enjoying the company of other ballet supporters. Kansas City Ballet Guild’s mission is to stimulate greater interest in the art and to promote and provide financial assistance for the Company.
Volunteer Opportunities
When you volunteer, you partner with hundreds of passionate ballet-goers who support KC Ballet by staffing special events, assisting backstage, and helping our administrative offices with daily tasks.
