The 2025-2026 season of the Kansas City Ballet promises a breathtaking lineup of timeless classics and dynamic new works. The season opens with the grandeur of Devon Carney’s Swan Lake, followed by Stars and Stripes, a powerful collection of short dance works celebrating America’s 250th anniversary featuring George Balanchine’s Stars and Stripes, Agnes de Mille’s Rodeo, and a world premiere by Caili Quan. The season concludes with the highly anticipated Kansas City premiere of Septime Webre’s The Great Gatsby.
In addition to these mainstage productions, audiences can look forward to the return of holiday favorite The Nutcracker, the innovative New Moves, showcasing emerging choreographic voices, and a delightful addition to the Family Series, Snow White.
