
Michael Dadlez
Joined KCB in 2026
Michael Dadlez, from Riverside, California, began his ballet training at Riverside Ballet Arts. At 16, he received a full scholarship to the Houston Ballet Academy, where he performed works including Stanton Welch’s Brigade, Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra and the world premiere of Ilya Kozadayev’s Echoes.
In 2024, Dadlez joined Boston Ballet II, directed by Joan Boada and Kathleen Mitchell. During his time with the company, Dadlez danced in Mikko Nissinen’s Swan Lake, August Bournonville’s Napoli, Vakhtang Chabukiani’s Laurencia, George Balanchine’s Jewels, and Crystal Pite’s The Seasons’ Canon.
Dadlez also performed at the 2026 Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, dancing excerpts from Yuri Possokhov’s Magrittomania and Paul Taylor’s Brandenburgs, as well as the world premieres of Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s Sweet Suite and Claudia Schreier’s Rounds. Dadlez also creates digital content for social media platforms.
