Aidan Duffy

Joined KCB in 2023

Aidan Duffy, from Philadelphia, began his training with the School of Pennsylvania Ballet, now Philadelphia Ballet, and the Rock School for Dance Education. He then joined Boston Ballet School’s Professional Division as a recipient of the Pao Scholarship before being invited into Boston Ballet’s Graduate Program. His training was supplemented by coaching with Chérie Noble and summers at the School of American Ballet, San Francisco Ballet School, Miami City Ballet School and Ellison Ballet.  

Since joining Kansas City Ballet, Duffy’s repertoire includes Cavalier and Snow King in Devon Carney’s The Nutcracker and Benno in Swan Lake, El Capitan in George Balanchine’s Stars and Stripes and the Emeralds pas de trois in Jewels, Espada in Anna-Marie Holmes’ Don Quixote, William Forsythe’s In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated, Red Man in Lila York’s Celts, Head Wrangler in Agnes de Mille’s Rodeo and King of Hearts in Septime Webre’s ALICE (in wonderland) and George Wilson in The Great Gatsby.
