2025 School Performance Video Link Order Form

Upon completion of our School Performance at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, a video link will be sent, via the email address entered, once your payment has processed.

  • Student Information

  • Upon submission of this form you will receive an order confirmation at the above email address. When the credit card is run or the payment is entered in our system, a receipt will be sent to the email address on the student's KCBS account.

  • Payment Information

    To receive a Video Link of the School Performance we must receive payment of $25 by one of the methods below.
  • If not selecting to charge card on file, payment must be received by Friday, May 9.
