Body Conditioning in Kansas City

KCB School’s Studio Division is passionate about helping you to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.

Our high-quality classes appeal to the diversity of our community. We offer classes that are current and cutting edge for everyone from the beginner to the more advanced participant and strive to provide a meaningful, enjoyable, and memorable experience every time. Studio classes are designed for teens and adults with varying levels or no experience, who are interested in the fun and fitness of dance. Classes are drop-in style and meet weekly. Students may attend any or all of the classes that suit their interest or level of ability.


What is Body Conditioning?

Class Length: 1 Hour

Intensity: Medium Intensity

This class focuses on promoting thoughtful muscular engagement, functional placement, and healthy movement patterns to tone and lengthen the whole body in a positive, uplifting environment. Build strength and endurance, organize, and stretch your body with supportive instruction. Opportunities to modify exercises will be provided as appropriate.
