Kansas City Ballet uses AI in support of human decision-making and creativity, not in place of human expertise. We encourage approaching AI adoption with curiosity and experimentation to further the mission and goals of Kansas City Ballet while managing risk responsibly. We exercise caution with generative AI tools and never submit sensitive data, such as personally identifiable information (PII) or confidential information concerning our organization, the communities we serve, our employees, board, volunteers, contractors, and external parties. Kansas City Ballet routinely reviews AI-generated content for fairness and non-discrimination and does not use or share content that is discriminatory, harassing, or offensive. All staff are responsible and accountable for ethical AI tool use and adherence to these principles.
