During her dance career, Ms. McGriff has had many experiences in the non-profit sector, first while working at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation and also at The Ailey School as a Junior Division Program Associate. She is very passionate about helping dancers in all stages of their journeys, which has also led her to work with the creator of PerfectFit Pointe inserts to help ballerinas, in particular, protect their feet. Since retiring from the stage in October of 2023, Ms. McGriff worked in Community Engagement with Collage Dance Turning Pointe, reaching dancers in Memphis communities through their schools. Ms. McGriff joined Kansas City Ballet in May 2024 as the R.O.A.D. Program Administrator.
