Kansas City Ballet Dancers Take the Summer Stage
While performances at the Kauffman Center are on pause, Kansas City Ballet Company dancers are staying active. Some, like Marisa DeEtte Whiteman, are teaching at the School’s Summer Intensive. Others, including Joshua Kiesel – guesting with Taiwan Ballet June 14 and 15 – are performing with companies across the U.S. and abroad. A few are simply enjoying well-earned time off. (Special congrats to Gavin Abercrombie and Naomi Tanioka, who tied the knot this summer!)
