The evening begins with Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s mesmerizing Tulips and lobster, a piece inspired by the 17th-century Dutch masters’ paintings. Next, on the program is hold on tight, a dynamic and powerful world premiere by Caroline Dahm accompanied by an original score created exclusively for this work. After which, experience the groundbreaking energy of William Forsythe’s In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated, a contemporary classic known for its intricate, highly technical movements set to an intense electronic score. The adventure culminates with a crowd favorite, Lila York’s Celts, a ballet that beautifully honors the rich heritage of Ireland.
