All sub-committees will work alongside KC Ballet's Philanthropy and Marketing departments from brainstorming through execution.

Sponsorship & Underwriting - Help with sponsorship outreach and fulfilment of sponsorship benefits.

Event Logistics - Secure venue, caterer and other key vendors; draft run-of-show; coordinate load-in, load-out and volunteer management.

Marketing & Invitations - Help with establishing direction for creative assets, event invitations and messaging.

Program & Entertainment - Creation of event programming, DJ/entertainment, event decor, and room layout.

Raffle & Fundraising - Coordination of signature raffle and fundraising activations, and raffle item procurement, raffle ticket sales and distribution during event.
