
Nathaniel Orlov-Mayer

Nathaniel Orlov-Mayer began dancing at the age of 3 at Dance Center Evanston in Evanston, Illinois. He trained there under the direction of Bea Rashid until graduating high school and receiving a scholarship to join the trainee program at the School of Philadelphia Ballet under the leadership of Davit Karapetyan. There, Orlov-Mayer danced in a variety of works, including Angel Corella’s Bourbon Street, Kinsun Chan’s Schrag, and the male lead in the Paquita Suite.
In 2025, Orlov-Mayer was offered a position with Richmond Ballet’s studio company, where he performed in Val Caniparoli’s Djangology, Sal Aiello ‘s Notturno, Ma Cong’s Giselle, and August Bournonville’s Flower Festival Pas de Deux, among others.
