Nora, a Kansas City Ballet Academy graduate, earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Conservatory of Music and Dance at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. There she studied under Paula Weber, Gary Abbott, Mary Pat Henry, DeeAnna Heitt, Ronald Tice, Sabrina Madison-Cannon and David Justin. She had the honor of performing many pieces by her professors in her four years there. As well as studying at UMKC, Nora was a graduate of the Kansas City Ballet School and a member of the Kansas City Youth Ballet. Nora dances professionally with KC Contemporary Dance and freelances around the city with choreographers such as Suzanne Ryan-Strati and Katarina Fitzpatrick. Nora enjoys teaching to kids of all ages and all abilities and is thrilled to pass on her love of dance.
