KCB Dancer Chat with Kansas City Ballet company dancers Georgia Fuller & Paul Zusi and KCB II Dancer Lauryn Brown.

Join us for a free Facebook LIVE Dancer Chat. This KCB Community Engagement and Education program is designed to provide the broader public an opportunity to engage with and learn more about professional dancers from Kansas City Ballet. This Dancer Chat will feature three KCB dancers chatting about their roles in KCB’s production of New Moves and sharing interesting aspects of their life journey and dance experiences. This relaxed, informal conversation will be moderated by a Kansas City community professional.

Meet the Moderator

Tracy Ingle

Director of Marketing & Public Relations, Harriman-Jewel Series.

Tracy Ingle is the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for the Harriman-Jewell Series. She has held roles in non-profit marketing over the years, including economic development, promoting Missouri tourism, and the exciting world of Broadway theater. She loves the Series because she is passionate about sharing the world of performing arts with others and getting people excited about the things that she’s excited about. Tracy has served on KC Ballet’s Community Engagement and Education Council for the last 3 years.

Fun fact…she spent her childhood overseas, so she has a real appreciation for the global experience and the world we live in. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, family activities, her crazy cats, and Taco Tuesday!

Meet the Dancers

Georgia Fuller

Joined KCB in 2020

Georgia Fuller was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and trained with the Cincinnati Ballet Academy since the age of 7. Starting at the age of 15, she performed corps de ballet roles in many of the company’s productions including The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Raymonda, and Coppélia. Ms. Fuller was a 2017 National YoungArts Winner, and was given the chance to compete and perform in both Miami and New York City under the guidance of esteemed faculty. Ms. Fuller joined Kansas City Ballet’s Second Company in 2017 where she performed roles with the company in works such as Romeo & Juliet, The Nutcracker, The Wizard of Oz, and Lady of the Camellias. Over the next two season, she was involved in works by choreographers such as Price Suddarth, Edwaard Liang, and Marika Brussel as an apprentice. Ms. Fuller was recently promoted to a full member of the Kansas City Ballet Company.

Ms. Fuller is also a teacher for the Kansas City Ballet School Academy and works with various levels within the children’s and adult divisions. In addition, she is currently pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with a focus in English, and is a National Merit Scholar.

Paul Zusi

Joined KCB in 2021

Paul Zusi began his training at Southold Dance Theater at the age 6, inspired by his mother’s lifelong love of dance. Mr. Zusi attended summer programs at The School of American Ballet in 2018 and Boston Ballet School in 2019. Following the summer of 2019, he joined Boston Ballet as a member of their second company, working closely with renowned choreographers and teachers such as Jorma Elo, Peter Stark, Kathleen Mitchell, Larissa Ponomarenko, and Mikko Nissinen. Mr. Zusi’s professional repertoire includes Jorma Elo’s Carmen, Jerome Robbins’s Glass Pieces, Mikko Nissinen’s The Nutcracker, and other classics including Giselle, Swan Lake, Serenade, The Little Humpbacked Horse, and Don Quixote. Mr. Zusi would like to thank his family and friends for their continued love and support.

Lauryn Brown

Joined KCB II in 2022

Lauryn Brown began her ballet training with Homer Bryant at the Chicago Multi-Cultural Dance School, and continued to train with Watmora Casey at Faubourg School of Ballet. She moved to Arizona at 14 to train at Master Ballet Academy, and privately with David King of A Ballet Education. She attended summer intensives at The Washington Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, Nashville Ballet, and Joffrey Ballet Chicago. She graduated from Kansas City Ballet School, and while there she placed 3rd at YAGP Semi-Finals and was invited to Finals in 2020. Ms. Brown danced with the Boston Ballet Post Graduate program for the 21-22 season, and is excited to return to KCB as a second company member this season!
