Troy Santulli


Troy Santulli was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. He began dancing at the age of 4 at Boston Ballet School, trained there for 15 years, and completed the Trainee program before joining Kansas City Ballet II last season. At Boston Ballet, Mr. Santulli was instructed by world-renowned faculty directed by Peter Stark and Margaret Tracey. Mr. Santulli performed in Mikko Nissinen’s The Nutcracker for 11 seasons including the role of “Fritz” for 3 years. Mr. Santulli also performed in Mikko Nissinen’s Swan Lake and Giselle. He has taken part in Boston Ballet School’s end of year performances of Next Generation where he was cast in original choreography including Igor Burlak’s Double Concerto and Jaime Sierra’s Legion. In his first year as a member of KCB II Mr. Santulli performed a wide range of works, some of which included Tomm Ruud’s Mobile, Christopher Ruud’s Jupiter’s Court, and The Grand Pas De Deux from Devon Carney’s The Nutcracker. Over the years, Mr. Santulli attended American Ballet Theater, Pacific Northwest Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, and The School of American Ballet for their summer intensive programs, receiving numerous scholarships. Mr. Santulli is very excited to be a part of KCB II for his second season at Kansas City Ballet.
