Brian Warkentien

Joined KCB in 2022

Brian Warkentien originally from San Diego, trained for 3 years on full scholarship at the San Francisco Ballet School under Patrick Armand dancing roles in Helgi Tomasson’s Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker, John Neumeier’s Yondering and George Balanchine’s Stars and Stripes.  He attended summer programs at American Ballet Theater, School of American Ballet, and San Francisco Ballet School. In 2018, Mr. Warkentien became a member of Atlanta Ballet II performing roles in Yuri Possokhov’s The Nutcracker appearing at the Kennedy Center, La Sylphide, Bruce Wells’ Beauty and The Beast, and Swan Princess.  In 2021 Mr. Warkentien joined Orlando Ballet performing in Giselle, The Great Gatsby and The Jungle Book. He has also performed works by Anna Sokolow and Donald McKayle.
