Kansas City Ballet’s legacy of dynamic dance gives each audience the thrill of discovery… sometimes by portraying a riveting story with characters… at other times seeing the choreography and music showcase the grace and pure athleticism of the dancers.

Fall Performance: October 15-18, 2009
The 52nd season will kick off with three new ballets including a Kansas City Premiere by Jessica Lang, Le Corsaire (Pas de Deux) after Marius Petipa and Arthur Saint-Léon's Frescoes, as well as the return of a fan favorite - Carmen!

Winter Performance: February 25-28, 2010
The 52nd season continues with the Winter Show’s presentation of Val Caniparoli’s Lambarena, Robert Hill’s Piano Concert #2 and José Limón’s The Moor's Pavane.

Spring Performance: May 6-9, 2010
The culmination of the 52nd season will be World Premieres by Toni Pimble and Jessica Lang, and Todd Bolender's Donizetti Pas de Deux along with the Kansas City premiere of George Balanchine's Who Cares?.
