In Person
The Kansas City Ballet box office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. and is located at 1616 Broadway St. in downtown Kansas City, MO. There are extended hours from October 22-December 22. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check and cash are accepted.
On Performance Days
On performance dates, the Lyric Theatre and Music Hall box office is open: Thursday and Friday, 5:30 p.m. to the first intermission; and Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon until the first intermission.
During the hour prior to curtain time, the box office handles business pertaining to the immediate performance only.
